You have the right to cancel a service order within 30 days of purchase, provided that the service has not yet started and no work has been delivered.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision through a clear written request.

Refunds

If your cancellation request is approved, we will process your refund within 30 days of receiving your request. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, and no additional fees will be charged.

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are not available under the following conditions:

  • Services that have already started or have been partially delivered

  • Consulting sessions, strategy work, or automation setup that has already been performed

  • Subscription periods that have already begun

  • Customized or personalized services created specifically for your business

Once service delivery has commenced, the order is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.

Service Modifications & Rescheduling

If applicable, rescheduling or service adjustments may be offered at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss available options.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension.
